一、充(chong)電樁(zhuang)接口(kou)基本(ben)介(jie)紹
而在純電(dian)動車領域,很難單方面(mian)優化(hua)充電(dian)時(shi)間(jian)或電(dian)池運用(yong)壽(shou)數(shu),魚和(he)熊掌(zhang)不行兼得,因為(wei)電(dian)池的壽(shou)數(shu)和(he)充電(dian)倍率大小有(you)關,一(yi)般情況下充放電(dian)倍率越大,循環運用(yong)次(ci)數(shu)就(jiu)越小。
為了保證電池的(de)(de)循環(huan)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電次(ci)數能(neng)在800~1000之(zhi)間,通常充(chong)(chong)(chong)電倍率應該在0.5C~0.25C之(zhi)間,選用(yong)國家(jia)電網供電,使用(yong)車載充(chong)(chong)(chong)電機為動力電池充(chong)(chong)(chong)電,這屬于慢充(chong)(chong)(chong)計劃(hua),配套(tao)的(de)(de)公共設施(shi)是(shi)溝(gou)通充(chong)(chong)(chong)電樁。

如果希(xi)望快速的把電池充滿(man)到最大容(rong)量的80%,對應的充電倍率(lv)應該在2C~4C之間(jian),這屬(shu)于(yu)快充計劃(hua),配套的公共(gong)設施是直流充電樁(zhuang)。

二、詳解溝通充電樁的接(jie)口(kou)技能
溝(gou)通(tong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電樁經過車載充(chong)(chong)(chong)電機(ji)為電池(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電,相對(dui)于直流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電樁而言,溝(gou)通(tong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電樁成本低,結構(gou)簡略,合適大范圍面積進行(xing)普及推(tui)行(xing),接(jie)(jie)下(xia)來將(jiang)由(you)淺入(ru)深介紹一下(xia)溝(gou)通(tong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電樁的接(jie)(jie)口技(ji)能。
溝通充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(包括國標和非國標)的主要功(gong)用就是將單相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)或(huo)許(xu)三相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)引出來,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)只(zhi)起到電(dian)(dian)流中(zhong)轉站的效果,后續的整流+DC/DC變換都是由車載(zai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機完(wan)成。
國標(biao)溝通(tong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)就是在上圖所示的原(yuan)始溝通(tong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)基礎上,添(tian)加了一(yi)些商(shang)業化模塊(kuai)(比方(fang)人機交互界面、計費模塊(kuai)、報警模塊(kuai)等(deng))和(he)操控(kong)引導(dao)電(dian)(dian)路(lu),操控(kong)引導(dao)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)是溝通(tong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)接口(kou)技能的核心內容。并且為了單相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)和(he)三相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)都能兼容,國標(biao)溝通(tong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)接口(kou)最終選用的7端子結構,其端子散(san)布方(fang)法如下圖所示:

操控導引電(dian)路主(zhu)要效果是(shi)(shi)用(yong)來承(cheng)認充(chong)電(dian)接口和充(chong)電(dian)插座是(shi)(shi)否銜接,然后(hou)在充(chong)電(dian)過程中進行周期性檢測,以判別持續充(chong)電(dian)還是(shi)(shi)停止充(chong)電(dian)等。
下面(mian)具體介紹操控導(dao)引電(dian)路(lu)的(de)工作原理:
1. 銜接承認
(1)車(che)輛(liang)(liang)操控(kong)裝置經過(guo)檢測(ce)(ce)PE和(he)監測(ce)(ce)點(dian)3之間的電阻(zu)值來(lai)承認車(che)輛(liang)(liang)插頭和(he)車(che)輛(liang)(liang)插座是否(fou)銜接(jie);
(2)充(chong)電樁側的供電操控(kong)裝置經過(guo)檢測(ce)(ce)監測(ce)(ce)點4或檢測(ce)(ce)點1的電壓值(zhi)來(lai)判別供電插(cha)頭和(he)供電插(cha)座是否銜接(jie)。
2. 充電開端
當車(che)輛(liang)(liang)接口和(he)供電(dian)(dian)接口都承認(ren)銜(xian)接后,充電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)將開(kai)關(guan)S1從(cong)12V銜(xian)接狀態(tai)切換到PWM狀態(tai),并(bing)等候車(che)輛(liang)(liang)操控裝置(zhi)閉合開(kai)關(guan)S2,此刻(ke)測檢點(dian)1峰值電(dian)(dian)壓9V,CP端產生1KHz的(de)PWM波,其占空比代(dai)表充電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)額定電(dian)(dian)流大小(xiao)。當車(che)輛(liang)(liang)側開(kai)關(guan)S2閉合,代(dai)表車(che)輛(liang)(liang)現已充電(dian)(dian)準備(bei)安排妥(tuo)當了(le),此刻(ke)檢測點(dian)1的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓峰值為(wei)6V。承認(ren)車(che)輛(liang)(liang)安排妥(tuo)當后,充電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)閉合接觸器K1和(he)K2,使溝通(tong)回(hui)路導通(tong),充電(dian)(dian)開(kai)端。
